DAY 1
Arrival Dalaman & drive to FethiyeMeet at the Dalaman airport with Demavend Travels representative and drive to Fethiye, located on the site of the ancient city of Telmessos, the ruins of which can be seen in the city. Telmessos was the most important city of Lycia, with a recorded history starting in the 5th century BC. DAY 2
Fethiye to Tarzan koyuThe Tarzan koyu (bay) is a superb location to swim and relax in the glorious surroundings; it is not far away from Fethiye, but far away from the mass tourism. The entrance of the bay leads you to a five metre clear water area where all kinds of small fish can be seen. DAY 3
Hamam (Cleopatra bay), Tersane & Yassicilar IslandsThe Hamam bay, also known as Cleopatra bay is covered with olives and reminds a big swimming pool. Near the harbour you will see the ruins of an old Hamam (Turkish bath). Here we will take time to swim and relax and to discover the area. Afterwards we will continue to Tersane and Yassicilar islands. Tersane Island is covered with olive trees and on the island it is possible to find ruins from the Lycian and roman periods, the Yassicilar islands are a magnificent place to rest and to enjoy the panoramic view in the beautiful Mediterranean area. DAY 4
Via Gemiler Island to Oludeniz lagoonAziz (holy) Nikola was the name of the Gemiler Island in the early centuries. On the island you can still find ruins of byzantine settlements and churches. Oludeniz is located 14 km (9 mi) south of Fethiye and remains one of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean. The lagoon is a national nature reserve and building is strictly prohibited. DAY 5
Via butterfly valley to Firnaz bay & KalkanThe butterfly valley is a natural heritage with its over 80 different butterfly varieties. Today we take time to visit the valley and spend a couple of hours on land and at the beach of this magnificent place. Afterwards we will have our lunch on our boat and continue to Firnaz bay, right between the ancient city of Patara and Kalkan. Firnaz bay is a famous place to swim and to relax at the turquoise blue waters. DAY 6
Discover KasKas is a small fishing, yachting and tourist town; as tourist town still very original and authentic. It seems Kas was founded by the Lycian and its name was Habesos or Habesa, it was a member of the Lycian league and its importance during this time is confirmed by the presence of one of the richest Lycian necropolis. Today Kas is a quiet pleasant town with its blue sea and narrow streets scented with jasmine flowers. DAY 7
Via Kekova & Simena castle to UcagizKekova area is a great place for the coastal scenery as well as for the archaeological sites well preserved because they are not easily accessible. a pleasant excursion by boat is the best way to see the ruins on the northern coast of Kekova island, some of the old houses were completely submerged due to earthquakes during the byzantine period. By boat, we go round the island, where you can see remains down to 2 meters deep, in the bluish light on the seabed. We walk up to the Simena castle rewarding us with a view all around, and on numerous rock tombs. You will fully appreciate this day with a stroll on the Tersane Island. DAY 8
